The Simonsig Gewürztraminer is made with 100% Gewürztraminer grapes, and has an ABV of 13.02%. White Turkish delight and rose petals are attractive notes on the nose. White roses, fresh lychee, and luscious tropical fruits are prominent aromas.

Chardonnay predominates and accounts for 50% of the blend with 35% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier. Laurent-Perrier Brut 75cl bottles are cellar-aged for a minimum of three years, and magnums four-five years before disgorgement and a light dosage of ‘liqueur d’expédition added.

Caparelli Pinot Grigio is made from Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Veneto and Friuli regions in Northeast Italy. A crisp, refreshing wine with typical flavours of citrus fruit, green apple and a hint of pear. Perfect with chicken, salads or creamy pasta.

The Pinot Noir predominance (50-55%) provides the structure that is so typically Veuve Clicquot, while Chardonnay (28-33%) adds the elegance and finesse essential in a perfectly balanced wine, and a touch of Meunier (15-20%) rounds out the blend.
